Mattel, those lovely people who brought us Barbie Doll, are about the launch a “Mad Men” dolls series.
“Mad Men” if you haven’t seen it, is the retro TV series about Madison Avenue advertising in the ’60s.
Bit incestuous when advertising doesn’t just promote a brand, but becomes it. On the other hand, guess could call it a success.
As much as I love Barbie, and advertising though, I think I’ll keep my $ till iPad comes out, or enjoy a few beers.
